Ready to Relay
As the lead video producer for RelayCon 2026, I owned the video program end to end, from pitch to premiere, and served as the single point of accountability across creative, production, and carrier relationships. I created a new pitch process and sold the creative vision to leadership (one leader called it “the best pitch I’ve seen here”). I led the RFPs to select production partners, managed budgets, timelines, and stakeholders all the way through final cut. At the heart of the work, I sourced a pool of 20 carriers, built the trust to get them on camera, and conducted the interviews that became the emotional core of the films.
The result was a slate of four films that anchored RelayCon 2026 and put carrier stories at the center of the event. The payoff was in how carriers responded to seeing themselves on the big screen. One featured carrier, a small business owner working with Amazon Relay, called it both emotional and motivational, moved to see his late grandfather on screen after so many years and energized watching other carriers recognize his family's story. That is the reaction the work was built to create: films that made carriers feel seen and gave partners a reason to care.
